Salsa dances has been known to be the best way of shaking a leg with someone
new. It's highly interactive, great fun and one of the best ways to let your
hair down. Whether you're a beginner or advance, the difference will be that
everyone at the event will be single and hoping to mingle.
How it works
At 6:00pm sharp, a professional salsa teacher will start the evening by
introducing the art of salsa dancing for beginners and will put everyone through
their paces and demonstrate the technique with a
partner.
The style of salsa will be a mixture of the traditional Cuban style and a the
more flamboyant LA style. Typically at the end of the each class the instructor
likes to end with a Merengue, just to get the people in a good mood ready for
the evening. The lessons will be fun and ensure everybody has a laugh which
helps them to relax.
Music - There will be a large selection of Salsa and Merengue music from
classics to the latest hits, which should keep the crowd dancing to the Latin
beat and practicing what they learnt during the lesson.
A discount is offered if you obtain a ticket early.
Please arrive 20 - 30 minutes before 6:00pm so that you have
time to register, when we will issue you with a name badge.
(For our records - please keep of note of where you heard about UK Singles
Night Event).
